Complete. The old forum has been revived and I just noticed the CAPTCHA error for registration on the theme forum. Without a doubt, I'll be taking the theme forum down, because it's now deprecate with the old forum fully functioning now. I'm glad I brought this all together on my birthday. As for a new frontpage, I'm going to have to hold off on it until I address some issues in the forum.
